🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times (USA only)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders above $50

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your package is on its way.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Return

  1. Email us at novamartz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
